Looking for something to do that’s a little off the beaten track, but not far from home? Go no further than Providence’s own Russian Sub Museum. Run by the Saratoga Museum Foundation, the sub was decommissioned years ago and after passing through several private owners, made it’s was to the coast of Rhode Island! An amazing way to looking into the not-so-distant past, the submarine tour is a worthwhile weekend jaunt. Plan approximately 2-3 hours for the adventure.
