MARKETING AND GROWING YOUR BUSINESS: What’s Hot?  What’s Hype?  What Works and What Doesn’t?

A 35-year former Madison Avenue advertising/PR/marketing veteran who has owned his own successful international marketing firm these past 21 years, helping companies brand themselves, explore new markets and sell their products around the globe, will show you how to grow your business or practice and increase sales.  Topics to be covered:

  • The difference between marketing and sales (and yes, there is a difference)
  • Why you need to do marketing, now
  • The tools available and how to use them
  • Using referrals to get more sales
  • Trade shows, are they worth it?
  • Web Sites – getting notices
  • Measuring your efforts and investments
  • Things you can do yourself at little or no cost
  • Plus a free 10 Tips handout.

Note: Space is limited.  E-mail to reserve now!

To register for this special business breakfast meeting, simply send an e-mail to info@worldaffairscouncilri.org with your name, your company or organization, your position, and your telephone and fax number.  Please respond by Friday, June 13, 2008.  Leave message at 401-228-8657 if you have any questions and we’ll promptly get back to you.  This is NOT a reservation line – you must e-mail us to get a confirmed seat.

Have any suggestions for a topic for one of our business breakfast meetings?  Give WACRI President Marty Pottle a call at 401-245-8500 to discuss your ideas.  Look for more business breakfast meeting topics, starting up again in the Fall of 2008.
