Oh, I love Pimm&#039;s! I used to live/work in Lyndhurst where we&#039;d always serve these at weddings and other summer events. Thanks for sharing your recipe too. Just imagining all those fruits mashed together with the mint and sparkling bubbles floating to the top of an ice cold glass is so refreshing!

Thanks for reminding me about this drink. Just in time too, I&#039;ve been drinking way too much iced tea lately~</description>
